Working group on Counterterrorism and Human Rights
The working group on CT/HR is part of the Arab-European Human Rights Dialogue and thus is its operational arm in the field of CT/HR which would transform the high-level dialogue meetings’ recommendations into concrete actions on the ground; working together with National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) in Europe and the Arab World.
The working group has already drafted a list of priority issues and the workshop that took place in Dead Sea on Nov. 17-19. We expect the trainer/facilitator to work with the group to develop key intervention areas based on the priority issues and then help the working group come up with development objectives with outputs for each objective and then activities for each output.
